PressCise to present at EWMA 2020 Virtual Conference!
On November 18-19, PressCise will have two features accessible on-demand at the 2020 EWMA Virtual Conference.
​
Prof. Torbjörn Lundh will have an oral presentation entitled, "A mathematical model of the tissue pressure distribution in the leg of patients with oedema", and CEO Dr. Andreas Nilsson will have an e-poster entitled, "Clinical evaluation of a novel compression system for improved user experience and compliance".
​
The team will also have a "virtual booth" in the event's digital exhibition where visitors can chat and meet with us in a virtual "meeting room". We hope to see you there!

Stocking study re-launched at Södra Älvsborgs Hospital
Clinical evaluation has resumed after an extended pause due to COVID-19. Participants are being recruited to examine oedema reduction, comfort, symptom relief and ease of use.

PressCise and the Novel COVID-19 Virus
PressCise is monitoring the situation closely and have taken steps to act responsibly. All employees have the opportunity to work from home except for a handful of on-site tasks, which will be carried out in the safest way possible. Meetings will be held remotely by phone and video. By doing our part to participate in social distancing, we can continue to operate our business without dusruption whilst minimizing our footprint on community transmission.

Multiple presentations accepted for Charing Cross in London. PressCise will attend future conferences and exhibitions when it is deemed safe to do so by public health authorities.

The next planned event is Charing Cross in London, England, where Prof. Torbjörn Lundh and Dr. Andreas Nilsson ave no less than three accepted presentations! Some bright news in dark times, and we hope that global containment of COVID-19 is achieved soon so we can meet you there!

PressCise CEO Andreas Nilsson will be offering a presentation entitled "Self-Care and Fitting of New 'Smart Textile' Compression Stocking" at the 2020 WUWHS Congress.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the WUWHS Congress has been postponed until March 2022. More details to follow!

PressCise is thrilled and honored to announce that our Lundatex stocking has been nominated as a JWC Awards Finalist for the category of Most Innovative Dressing or Device. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the awards ceremony will be held in London on February 26, 2021.
